Is it me, or should Helmut Marko face far more serious consequences for his recent comments in which he attributes Checo's recent form to his being "South American"

Frankly, other than the fact he surely, at the age of 80, knows some of the finest drivers are from the continent - he's literally living proof that the sport needs to remove him and the other corpses of his ilk from the sport.

"Referring to Perez's up-and-down season, Marko said: "We know that he has problems in qualifying, he has fluctuations in form, he is South American and he is just not as completely focused in his head as Max [Verstappen] is or as Sebastian [Vettel]."
